## Is a band free on a date? (no account or login needed)

Open this URL and read the plain-text answer. Change the date to the one you need (YYYY-MM-DD):

It replies, for example, "Defunked is FREE on ..." or "Defunked is NOT available on ...".
Leave out `date` to list free dates for the next 90 days, or use `from` and `to` (maximum 366 days).

The feed accepts optional inclusive `from` and `to` dates in ISO 8601 `YYYY-MM-DD` format. For example:

The feed is read-only and contains only the next five public, confirmed gigs. Each item includes a `detailFeedUrl` for public event information such as the venue and band lineup. Financial information is never included.

## Authenticated access

A WeDoBands account holder who supplies a personal AI Bearer token can connect to the authenticated MCP server at:

https://apiwedobands.azurewebsites.net/mcp

The authenticated connection can retrieve the full event list and any additional information permitted by that token. Do not attempt the authenticated connection unless a valid token is supplied.
